We greatly value your time and want to make sure we do a thorough inspection. Our appointments are typically 60-90 minutes long unless a repair on installation is being made. If you have any time constraints please let us know so we can make accommodations. For further information about your appointment feel free to ask your technician or Senior Service Advisor.

We love pets here at Balanced Comfort and want them to remain safe during our inspections and repairs. Please inform your technician of any pets so that they can be mindful of their work. Additionally, we ask that if you have any pets, you put them into another room for the time of the appointment to ensure their comfort during our visit.

We do our best to take care of you in any way we can. Feel free to communicate additional issues you have been experiencing to your technician and we will do everything we can to help.

Arrival times may vary; the technician will arrive typically between 30-60 minutes once dispatched depending on travel distance to your home.
