Ready for Total Comfort with an Efficient New System?

We recently had to replace our air conditioner because it stopped working on the night of July 3rd. My husband contacted Balanced Comfort Cooling Heating & Plumbing on July 4th. They promptly inspected it and provided us with three repair estimates and three replacement options. Given its age, we decided to opt for a replacement. They delivered a portable air conditioner on July 5th and originally projected delivery of the new unit for July 8th, possibly even July 7th. However, to our delight, they actually installed and had it running on Saturday, July 6th!
Their communication throughout the process was exceptional, including updates on their arrival times. We are incredibly thankful for their service and wholeheartedly recommend them!

My mom, Ramona, and I contacted balanced comfort after many years of failed AC repairs. I called several other companies and none of them served out to our area. I spoke to them and they sent out a specialist that next day. Two days later, we had a specialist come by and give us quotes on different AC units, the day after they came to measure and then two days later they came out to install a brand new AC unit. This was all within a week!!!! It was so quick and so easy. The guys were amazing! They did such a good job, they were professional, they answered all our questions, and got the job done quickly. No mess was left behind, and they even took the time to explain how our new system works. Thank you Rubén, Carlos, David (aka pollo), Guillermo, and especially Mike! You guys are awesome! I know a lot of our neighbors already came by to ask about the services, but we will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone we know, moving forward!
