Giveaway Event Disclaimers
Eligibility: "This giveaway is open only to residents and home owners of Fresno County who are 18 years or older. Employees of Balanced Comfort, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate."

Entry Guidelines: "No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Entries are limited to one per household.

Prize Details: "Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Balanced Comfort reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable."

Winner Selection and Notification: "Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified via phone call. Winners have 30 days to respond and claim their prize, or another winner may be selected. All decisions are final."

Privacy and Data Usage: "By entering, you agree to the use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Balanced Comfort will handle all personal data according to our Privacy Policy."

Limitation of Liability: "Balanced Comfort is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized intervention in the entry process. By entering, participants agree to hold harmless Balanced Comfort from any and all liability arising from participation."

Right to Modify or Cancel: "Balanced Comfort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Balanced Comfort in its sole discretion."
