"First class service from start to finish with Balanced Comfort. I knew my AC was on its last leg which Josh came and confirmed that on a Wednesday. By Sunday the new system was installed and cooling our home much more efficient and quiet. Josh was knowledgeable and had great people and seemed honest/trustworthy. Phillip & Phillip worked non stop for 2 days and got everything done. This wasn’t an easy job as my compressor was buried in dirt and rust. They had no problem digging it out themselves and re-plumbing everything much cleaner. The attic access was a little too small but they still found a way to get it done. When it got a little warm in the house, Sal who was a runner and worked in the warehouse came quick and installed 2 portable AC units. Sal spoke highly of his company and bosses which made you feel even better about the company. Sal was very friendly and helpful and a hard worker. It was definitely pricey and I probably could have paid less somewhere else but the company seems trustworthy and had great warranties on their product. So far so good from Balanced Comfort."
