• A friendly staff member will answer your call and schedule the soonest available appointment. We provide AM and PM appointment times and will call you an hour before your appointment so you don’t have to wait around for us to arrive.
• When your technician is on his way, you will get a text message with the name and a photo of the technician and a brief bio. You will also be able to track his location through GPS.
• Upon arrival your technician will ask to take a look at various areas within the home to better understand your home’s unique situation. These may include,

  • Duct Work & Insulation (in the attic or crawl space)

• An AC diagnostic will be performed to identify why the system stopped running using state of the art inspection equipment and processes. An AC diagnostic may take between 60 - 90 minutes to complete depending on the issue.
• When the AC diagnostic is complete, your technician will review the checklist with you and request your signature and advise you of any immediate repairs as well as potential AC problems in the future.
• With your approval, we will perform the work you selected, usually while your technician is on site.
• Our Technicians drive fully stocked trucks and oftentimes they can complete the repair at the same time, if the part is a special order we will schedule a time to return and complete the installation.

• After review, our technician coordinates all of his measurements and information collected with our in office advisor to build options for system replacement.
• Your technician and advisor will review these options with you and discuss the benefits of each upgrade.  They will also discuss all of the available incentives when replacing a heating and air conditioning system to make your system upgrade even more affordable.
• Your technician will cover all of the financing options available to you as well if you are interested.
• After deciding which Air Conditioning system is best for your home we will schedule the installation or a date to take additional measurements if needed.
