Our main water line had to be replaced from street to house, shopped around and Balanced Comfort came back with most competitive price, they were able to schedule immediately and stayed late on a Friday to not only finish the job but address some other issues that came up to make sure we were all set for the weekend. Cant say enough good things abour Ricardo and Christian and the rest of their team on how professional they were, they went above and beyond. Will be using them from here on out and highly recommend.

Over-due review of this excellent company. We woke up to our water line going out to the street, leaking badly. City of Clovis let us know it was our responsibility to repair it and gave us the steps on how to do so. It was a complicated repair and needed professionals. The kind owners of Balanced Comfort helped us immediately (on a Saturday) and had some one come out within 90 minutes. Ricardo, the tech, was patient, knowledgable, thorough and worked so hard in the heat to help us. (We later found out it was his day off and he came in to help) The pipe was giving us more problems than we were expecting and Ricardo did not give up. After a long day for Ricardo, our issue was fixed! We recommend Balanced Comfort for all your plumbing, HVAC needs. They really can do it all.
