A/C went out on Friday evening so I sent a quote request to a few companies on Saturday morning. Balanced Comfort was the first to respond and had the cheapest diagnostic fee. They immediately scheduled someone to come out to take a look at our 15 year old central air unit on Monday (today). Juan arrived on schedule at 1pm and let us know our motor was busted, so we needed a new motor for a full accurate diagnostic to be completed. He retrieved a new motor and replaced it within the hour, educated us on future maintenance, what to expect, etc. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, overall great experience!! Also love that pictures of the diagnostic tests and unit details were emailed along with the invoice!

My technician Bryson was awesome! We had a 10-12pm window and he came around 10:30 so I was glad I didn’t have to wait around for the full 2 hours. Some companies come at the very end of the window which is annoying.

I felt that the diagnostic portion was extremely thorough and he took great care to ensure he was addressing the root cause of my issue and not just jumping at the first possibility. After install he took the time to check all parts of the system to ensure everything was working as expected.
