Comprehensive Maintenance That Keeps You Comfortable

We've been with Balanced Comfort for about 4 years. Always very prompt and courteous when we call them out to check on our AC unit. Edgar came out yesterday and did a maintenance check on our unit. Very thorough inspection with pictures and explanations of what the gauge #s should be and what our unit is pushing. Very informative. He came out Thursday and came back and finished repairs on Friday. Very fast service. Thanks Edgar for all the help and hard work. We are ready for the summertime heat thanks to you!

Awesome and fast! Juan is a true professional. Signed up for the maintenance program to avoid any future problems. I called Balanced Comfort just for a check up of our system. I was a bit scared because our unit is 15 years old and even though it still is working, thought there might be an issue. Low and behold.. it was only a capacitor! Everything cleaned, checked and replaced in under an hour!
