Yes — that's most of what we do. Bring home whatever unit you like and we'll fit it properly.
Do you take the old one away?+
Yes, haul-away of the old unit is included.
What's an air gap and do I need one?+
It's a small fitting that prevents dirty sink water siphoning back into your dishwasher. California plumbing code generally requires one, and we fit it as part of the install.
How long does it take?+
A straightforward replacement is usually about an hour or two. A first-time install where supply and drain need running takes longer, and we'll tell you before we start.
What if my shut-off valve is stuck or corroded?+
Very common on older kitchens. We'll show you, quote it upfront, and replace it as part of the job rather than forcing the old one.
My new dishwasher won't drain. What's wrong?+
If it ties into a garbage disposal, the knockout plug in the disposal inlet was probably never removed. Common, and quick to correct.
