“I had scheduled an estimate with this company to come out on a Friday. Izayase was the one assigned and he did a very thorough job. Arrived on-time with everything he needed. He was focused throughout, even with my non-stop conversation. Balanced Comfront was actually the 4th HVAC company in Visalia who came out to give me an assessment. Unlike the other three, this guy went though the entire system, from the unit on the roof, to the vents in the house, to the flex duct in the attic crawl space. Taking pressure measurements, electrical readouts, and photos along that way that was SHARED with me along with a written quote. After the assessment, he took his time to explain to me what needed to be done, what was recommended to be done, and why it needed to be done. Two of the other companies quoted me 25k, one of them even managed to do that without just walking into the house and looking at one vent! The other was only mentioning a portion what Balanced Comfort identified as issues (and of course showed me the proof behind what they found). The quote I was given to replace the ancient and/or crushed flex duct (of correct size), install another return to meet the demand for my unit, and seal my non-flex duct where my vents are was just over 11k.”
